Background: Breast cancer is the most frequent malignancy among women. Early detection of breast critical for reducing disease's morbidity and mortality. Therefore, extreme cautions are required. And if it discovered late, may have bad prognosis. Objective: The goal this study was to establish whether university students were aware cancer, its symptoms, risk factors associated with it, as well level knowledge awareness BSE mammography. METHODS: current research employed a cross-sectional strategy.A questionnaire self-administered all students. A total 122 respondents completed online survey that enrolled in various universities Punjab. Results: age participants ranged between 21_30years.Most them cancer.(73.8%) (90) know about brrast through social media, being important source information.Regardi g different aspect 78.7% (96) had knowlegde factor i.e occur mostly increasing age.An adequate number 77.9% (95) self examination. To educate people we should host seminars. because raising essential early identification more proactive health-seeking. Despite fact relatively widespread both developing wealthy nations, broad public still low. No matter how old or young woman is, care need.
 Conclusion: According survey, majority basic information factors.
